Deadlift
What is Deadlift ?
The deadlift is a fundamental weightlifting exercise where you lift a barbell or weights from the ground to a standing position. It involves bending at the hips and knees to lower the weight to the ground and then lifting it back up while maintaining a straight back. Deadlifts engage multiple muscle groups, including the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and core, making it an excellent full-body strength and muscle-building exercise.
